I cannot speak highly enough about Shannon Neal and High Point Furniture Shopping Tours! I used Shannon in 2014 when I was renovating my kitchen/family room. I had never traveled to buy furniture and he was fantastic and provided great results. Ten years later I am back using his services as I needed to furnish almost an entire house. He anticipates questions and he anticipates problems. He remembers all of the details of everything you’re looking for and, in my case, he reminded me of questions and concerns I had as we were shopping. He is extremely attentive, polite, punctual, just an all-around gentleman. I highly recommend his services if you are in need of quality furniture. I don’t regret for a minute the time I spent there. In 2.5 days, I accomplished so much and pretty much got everything I was looking for including some very special pieces. Shannon followed up afterwards to make sure I was happy. He helped me with different vendors if they weren’t responding promptly; all in all a wonderful experience.
